We have used McCardel Culligan of Petoskey for many years and have been totally satisfied with the service.
Excellent Service!
Frequent billing "Mistakes". Being charged for water bottles on our account when I know I paid each time I filled bottles. Mulitple Water Cooler leaks and failures. When we decided to cancel our Cooler and return 4 bottles, I was told I'd receive a refund in the mail. That was 3 months ago. I would encourage to utilize another service. I am familiar with occasional complications, but when it is consistently an "accident", there is an issue.
Cindy at their office is extremely rude and aggressive, hung up on me when I tried to ask questions about our water softener after purchasing a new home. Kept saying she couldn’t help me and their water consultant would reach out to me. It would have been helpful to say, the previous owners rented the equipment, so essentially it didn’t come with the sale of the house but instead she is so unprofessional that she wouldn’t answer simple questions.
