Great staff and outstanding products.
Several calls with problems ( no call back ) seems like they just don’t care !!!!
Seeing the other recent review taking advantage of the elderly I felt compelled to post a review having the same experience. Horrible service but more importantly had a similar experience of taking advantage of elderly parents. They claimed to provide monthly service yet when visiting my parents the systems had failed and there was sludge in the water softener. They blamed my parents for checking in the bottom of the brine tank. Even though there is a monthly "service charge" they admitted in been years since servicing it.
