We purchased a water softener system from them. Salesman was great, however once installed all customer service went out the window. We have called and stopped in numerous times because the water softener will fill with gross water and not drain. Their solution was to dump bleach in it. Finally we decided to call out a plumber because we were told someone from culligan would come out and they never showed up. Once the plumber inspected they confirmed the system was not working properly. Had to pay to have a new one installed... read more
Culligan has been responsive and I love their filter system. It is a bit more expensive than buying one but I don't have to replace the filters they will.
Reliable and so friendly if I need to call in for something.
