Very satisfied from start to finish.. Great systems. Well worth the money and time.
Do not buy any products from Culligan they are unreliable, my water softener keeps having issues which should be covered under warranty but they keep charging a $200 service fee for them to come up, any other product I dealt with as long is under warranty they cover labor and parts, that’s my fault for not doing better research that’s why I’m writing this review to warn any potential buyers. The best option is to hire a plumber to install all your piping for you, buy a softer at Home Depot or Lowe’s you can install it yourse... read more
Vince really knows his product , but sales will get as much as they can from you. Basically selling you a premium unit when you need a basic . And then drop their price 3x saying they normally don't beg , but begged their manager for a better price. 🤷🏻♂️ Camaaaan....😆 Do some research. Buyers beware IMO.
