terrrible experience – Ordered a unit for install May 11'. Culligans basic model The first installer showed up, and upon removing the old softner got water everywhere, on the drywall, inside the furnace and on the water heater. A second installer showed up and I got to hear references and jokes about sexual acts. After they left I called and spoke with a manager that immediately came to my home.
