We are at a loss to understand what happened. After an initial appointment with the Culligan worker where he seemed friendly and professional we never heard back from him. He had offered some solutions to our water issues and, it seemed, we had a plan for addressing them, but then he didn’t return our calls and never came back. It is confusing and such a waste of time. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
