I was pleased to find that Greg was the service tech for today. He has always been efficient, knowledgeable, adept and capable of evaluating issues with the conditioner and reverse osmosis. If a customer is able to request a particular tech; please place my name on his list. Not only all of the above, Greg is also courteous and approachable for any questions I may have. Technicians were courteous and explained all of the details about my new water softener system. The installation is laid out well to make the equipment easy to access and service. They removed all of the old equipment and left the work area clean.

We received excellent service. They are very personable, know what they are doing. We had a water softener system installed. Nick was on time installation was quick he very friendly. Answered all of our questions. Highly recommend.
When I called to have my water softener checked, they immediately scheduled to come out, even during the holiday season. They tested my water and explained all the results in a clear, friendly way.
