I was pleased to find that Greg was the service tech for today. He has always been efficient, knowledgeable, adept and capable of evaluating issues with the conditioner and reverse osmosis. If a customer is able to request a particular tech; please place my name on his list. Not only all of the above, Greg is also courteous and approachable for any questions I may have.
