If you have other options, go elsewhere! They overcharge and make no apologies about it. I’m renting a water softener from these guys. First off they charged me over twice the amount for salt and putting the salt in. Then they spread mud on my carpet and could not install the drop ceiling correctly after they took it out. I did not call to complain right away, but I did call and asked How could my small tank hold that much salt.
