I have rented a water softener from them for the last ten years. We had asked several times for an upgrade and were refused. The softener ended up doing a regen for three days straight over stressing our drain field and septic system. Solids from our septic went into the drain field and clogged it from all the water. The drain field had to be replaced costing us $9000. Culligan refused to pay any of the damages from their softener
The front desk old lady was very sweet and kind, the staff is always willing to help. Great service.

My water delivery guy for French Island today (2/12/2025) was amazing. I missed my delivery appointment due to being in the hospital but got home after they had passed by this morning. I saw him at a neighbors and asked if I could still get delivery and he came back and helped unload new bottles for me. I appreciate it a lot because I’ve been dealing with health issues off and on and he didn’t hesitate at all to help me.
