What can you say they have great water and filters and salt.
Upgraded my drinking water system with them over 2 months ago. They couldn't install the faucet because they didn't have the right drill bit. Followed up twice to get an update and they still didn't have the drill bit readily available at any hardware store. To this date, no follow up or plan to resolve by them. Terrible customer service.
