I personally don't like dealing with culligan !
This particular Culligan business had a deceptive plan for an under-the-sink filter. After the first year, they keep the price you're charged each month effectively the same, but stop paying it toward the filtration unit, and they reap the profit instead. So, after paying for this for 3-4 years and actually having paid enough to own it, we still owed $1000 when we moved houses.
