I have an RO filter system for my refrigerator. The last time tech came to swap filters, I was pretty certain all the filters weren't swapped, but I couldn't be sure. But I was billed for all of the filters and paid accordingly. This time, I put a small distinct mark on each filter and also have a camera in the room. My Culligan system is GREAT! Couldn't live without it. My skin doesn't get dry, my soap, shampoo & detergents last WAY longer, no hard water stains in my sinks, showers or toilets, the water is very nice for drinking right out of the tap (I do NOT buy bottled water) and the salt delivery service is always friendly and accurate.
Called office 2 1/2 months ago for service and have heard nothing since. Dave and Kelly think everything is a joke and bad mouth customers after every phone call!!!! I have witnessed this personally since I worked there for almost 5yrs.
Great personalized service and the water is the best tasting around
