Culligan has always been and will be a great company. Deron delivered salt and filled my tank today. It is a lousy day outside and he did it cheerfully and was super attentive to our needs. I could not have asked for a better experience. Look forward to seeing Deron on our next delivery.
Same experience as everyone else.. service over the past few years has been awful and can't get anyone on the phone to simply order new filters.
Do not do business with this company. You will be on hold forever,, never get a call back, leave countless messages without a return phone call,,,,absolutely horrible customer service.
