Frustrating lack of response I’ve been trying to reach Culligan of Norristown for weeks to schedule maintenance for my RO system. I’ve called multiple times, left several voicemails, and even submitted requests through their online contact form — but no one ever answers or calls back. Extremely disappointing for a company that provides essential water services. I just need to schedule routine maintenance, but it’s impossible to get anyone to respond.
Five’s For the water but The customer Service not so much One please answer the calls two when The call is happening please don’t make excuses and when you’re doing the call PLEASE pretty please don’t ignore the customers. Highly disappointed and frustrated. We replaced our water system, spent $10000+ with this company to do so yet we cannot get return phone call on service. The problems with the system damaged our well system costing us $6000 to replace. It should not be this hard to get phone calls returned and service scheduled.
