Had Culligan water cooler for over 10 years and have been very pleased with product and service.
The water quality itself is exceptional- the only thing more impressive is the customer service. Our technician, Matt, was incredibly friendly, professional and knowledgeable…and overall such a pleasure. He went above and beyond explaining everything to me, while somehow simultaneously accommodating our dog’s demand for his attention:) Love our water and a big shout out to Matt for making our service experience today efficient and effective and equally enjoyable. Excellent service. You remember when I need salt even when I forget. Your delivery team drivers are consistently kind and respectful. Plus, they are strong and fit, able to handle effortlessly a stairway carrying multiple bags of salt. At my age I really appreciate their capable help.
