Met someone at the oncue off of 4th and I-35 to pick up homemade candy, and upon leaving the gas station someone in a Culligan water company truck tried to cut me off and then honked at me. I responded angrily at which point he pulled back into the lot attempting to fight me and then followed me down the road recording me trying to intimidate me.
