I am absolutely satisfied with my home water softener and filter system. Family now raves about the new quality of our home water. Shawn Paul and his instillation crew took their time to educate me and my husband on our new system and answer every question we asked. Made myself and husband feel confident and secure about our purchase. Shawn Paul also followed up with me to make sure everything was going well. Customer service was top notch. I would definitely recommend Shawn. Excellent job Elizabethtown Culligan Water.
Worst Service Ever. If you’re looking for someone to “inspect” your water softener and then let it flood your entire floor, congratulations—you’ve found the perfect service! These so-called “professionals” managed to turn what should have been a routine check-up into a full-blown disaster. They tinkered with the water softener, gave us a nope it’s broke here are all the overpriced things we can do for you spill and left us with a mess that made our floor look like a swimming pool. Shawn Paul and the owner Windell did everything to our highest satisfaction. Good customer service seems to be harder and harder to find these days but Shaun Paul really hit the mark. He was extremely courteous and understanding of our problems and represented Culligan to the highest of standards. He is extremely knowledgeable and has a passion for his job. He epitomozes technical expertise and professionalism. We are very happy customers and would highly recommend Shawn if you are interested in getting soft water!!!

We have used in home water softener and RO systems for 40 years. Never willing to invest in Culligan. We have gone thru appx 8 systems, and even tried salt free. Some worked better than others, true. However as we age we thought we should invest in more the assistance capability rather than the softener itself. We are truly pleased and surprised.
