We have been doing business with Culligan for a year now and have had a great experience and 5-star service. Justin is the one who takes care of us out here in Piedmont, and he is a great guy. Great customer service, & he goes out of his way to take care of people. We couldn’t be more satisfied with our service.
I only gave a star because I wanted to leave the comment. I took a water jug 3 gallon to El Reno Culligan, where it was purchased have been buying water there for about 25 years eight year-old grandson sat it on the counter. Bottom fell out. I took it back and asked to just exchange. It never got to break the seal on it or nothing Was told no it will cost you $12. I could understand had the seal been broken. It hadn’t been but another example of take advantage of the elderly. Kept saying he slammed it on the counter too hard... read more
Super disappointed with Culligan Water in El Reno! They were quick to process my order for a new water softener which we purchased vs leasing, however it’s been frustrating since the initial setup. I changed the frequency of the salt being delivered because we had excess bags of salt. I now need salt and asked to be put back on the route and was assured by the front office that a delivery would be occurring asap. This has been going on for months now with NO SALT being delivered. When they deliver your water, its good, but I have to check most delivery days to see if they are coming. I was supposed to get a delivery on Friday, but no one showed up. I was told the truck broke down, but still no delivery today AND no call from the company to notify me of this. My advice is go with another company that will actually deliver their product.
