Fast service the first time around. Came immediately the same day and installed a new system the same week. Very nice and friendly young man. Carried some of my salt downstairs for me. From there everything is going south…totally awful water after less than 1 month. Orange in color, cloudy, smells and tastes bad. 24/7 service is nonexistent!! Called Friday, returned the call Monday and scheduled a service call Thursday. Unable to get online to pay my bill, tried to drop off a check and no drop box at the local office and not... read more
