Needed a better water system after an emergency Rick immediately came and scene us I learned more about water talking with him then I have my entire life and was able to make my choice on what I wanted and felt very good and after been super satisfied with decision and happy to have gone with Culligan.
We have had a great experience with getting a new water softener! Rick was very clear and knew the softeners. He was very knowledgeable about the products and helped us make the right decision for us. Then he taught us how to set and maintain the softener. We thoroughly enjoyed visiting with him!
Our new future life with soft clean water began with Rick, the service coordinator. He was very personable and very thorough with the entire process, which included testing our water to make sure we had the right system installed. We chose the correct system in within a couple of days we were scheduled for installation with nice softened and filtered drinking water!
