Do NOT go through this company. They will come to your house and do a nice presentation and try to sell you the most expensive system they can trick you into buying. They will tell you that it’s exactly what you need and that it will take care of every smell or discoloration of your water. Once they install it and you have problems they will blame every other reason why your water is still discolored or smells like iron until it’s past the 30 day return window. We had a leak so in our RO in the kitchen so Culligan shut off our soft water system, which makes sense. When we got the leak fixed they came back to reattach our RO but failed to turn on our soft water system. After 1 year we realized that the the salt was not going down, they never questioned it, come to find out they never turned the salt system back on. We have been without soft water for 1 year without knowing and they still charged us a service fee for coming out to fix their negligence. Do not work work with this comp... read more
