If I could leave zero I would. They installed a water softener, but it ended up flooding my house. I was told they installed it backwards and the resin beads backflowed to all of my appliances. Wouldn't pay for new flooring. Had to go through a lawyer (won). They had to replace my sink faucet from the cause of the flood and replaced it with a bad cheap one. Said we would get 2 months free. Did not. Got bought out and didn't tell us?? Ended up being late on payments. Now they charge for paying with credit/debit cards. 100/10 ... read more
Worst system and company ever. The softner sucks. The brand new machine broke 2 times in past 1 yr and when you call they give you a technician appointment after 1 month. Find another company for your water needs. I paid $6000 for the piece of junk.
This would be zero star if I could. Don't waste your money, you will not get what you are promised or paid for, will be much cheaper to just buy and have installed. If by some chance you get them to look at it, they will be like yep we messed up..but once they call the boss,that will change to nope we didn't mess up you will have to pay someone else to come fix it....wait I paid to have soft water..I do not because you hooked it up incorrectly but don't want to fix it...Side note they are not going to change or give you filt... read more
