Don’t let lance fool you. They are the WORST I wish I went with rain soft. Kyler installed my soft water system backwards! I had no water pressure and the filter was leaking my husband shut off water till they came back n switched the lines. NEVER SHOULD HAVE HAPPEN. i get the flow handle was backwards but you shouldn’t been rushing and noticed what way water was coming from! Also installing my RO system he didn’t make sure it was tight EVERYWHERE. Has been a nightmare trying to get my water pressure where it was. 0 stars
The water quality is superb. My favorite part of this service is the quality of ice from our ice maker. It’s an under counter unit and the ice is clear. Makes drinking water enjoyable!
