Zero support. Have been having softner issues for over 2 years now. Have been no called no showed numerous times causing me to miss days of work. Was told by corporate 3 weeks ago someone would be out to replace the faulty head unit but again crickets.
Hunter was here today and solved our problem quickly and professionally. We are located in the Salida service area. He took the time to explain what he found and what adjustment was needed. He's the best we've had since the previous owner retired.
The products are amazing! The water system in my home works great and the taste of the RO water is wonderful. Their customer service is excellent as well.
So we waited way too long to commit to this financial undertaking. We did pull the trigger and the Culligan Water System delivers. We got a pre filter, entire house softener and a reverse osmosis under the kitchen sink. The products are modern and deliver exceptional water quality. You get what you pay for. Danny and his sales team are awesome and the Install team rocked it! 5 stars all around. Do it, you have no idea how bad your water is until you get a system from Culligan and taste what real quality water is like.
