Appointment was for anytime between 9 and 430. No phone call until after 5 PM. The explanation was they were very busy all day. Would have been happy to reschedule appointment had they just called. Very frustrating
The new management is great! They did a great job on my softener and ro system that needed some TLC THANK YOU 👌
Terrible company and very hard to deal with. I had a 2 yr old drinking water system replaced by Bates out of Newcastle. Extremely happy that I never have to deal with company ever again. I recommend Bates Water in Newcastle.
I have had a terrible experience with this company. DO NOT USE THEM! I strongly suggest finding someone else. New Castle Homeowner with RO system and water softener.
