I’ve been a customer of Culligan of Brownwood for 18 years. Up until a couple of years ago they were great. Now they won’t answer the phone and don’t show up when they say they are coming to deliver salt. We wait around all day waiting. I have to buy our salt from Walmart. They have not delivered salt for 5 months. I hope we don’t need service on our equipment because they will be of no help. I give them 2 stars

We purchased our system through Nick Lester from the Ocala , Fl. Office in May 2020 and have been completely satisfied . The installation was professional & top notch and we just renewed our Platinum Service Agreement . We couldn't be more satisfied. Thanks Again.

Horrendous service. Culligan products are first rate, but the service provided by Culligan of Dayton is substandard. Indifferent service does not even begin to describe it.Unfortunately, with Culligan's proprietary products, you will be married to this awful service provider for the lifetime of your Culligan system. For that reason alone, I would recommend that you look for a different solution as there is no other Culligan service around.
