Culligan has provided our water filtering services for 35 years. We have been pleased with the services, both the responsiveness and reliability. Additionally, we greatly appreciate the helpfulness, professionalism and respectful staff they have working for them.
Was scheduled for service from 11-3. Missed 4 hours of work to sit at the house and wait on them for them not to show up. Called the office after 3 to be told the tech will be there at some point but they don’t know when because he isn’t answering his phone. Cool, let me miss even more work and a meeting because of your lack of scheduling ability. I get things come up and delays happen, but a call was never made to me for other arrangements to be made.
