The ease due to the delivery service and the friendliness of staff from delivery drivers to the office staff- are 5 star every time. Being a single mom that has very hard water, with a family that doesn’t drink much else besides water- I go through a lot of salt for the softener and big water jugs. If it wasnt delivered, I have no clue when or how I would be able to get it. It just makes my life a little less complicated and chaotic and that’s pretty priceless.
