Very friendly staff, extremely helpful. Called to get a water softener installed, the lady on the phone was very friendly and answered all my questions. Came in person to set up billing information and the man at the counter again very friendly and and helpful. Our technicians who were scheduled to do the install were right on time, very quick, friendly and answered all my questions. :) I’m very pleased with the service we received from beginning to end. The people who operate this business, know what customer service is and how to treat a consumer. I live in Las Cruces and these employees, Matt, Joe and Maryanne were my life savers. They were able to diagnose my unit problem, over the phone, provide me with needed parts and show me how to make my own repairs.
