Used this water company in the past before and after multiple attempts of giving them business, this time is definitely my last. The woman answering the phone was rude, completely lacked any sense of human decency and compassion when we told her about a family tragedy. Rather than showing empathy she doubled down about costs and was callous towards us when we were clearly distressed about the situation. Not one to leave negative reviews but would give 0 stars if I could. The only “positive” I have to say is towards the delivery driver - never had an issue and always very nice. However, their customer service lady is extremely rude, lacks empathy, and quite literally just does not care. Attempted to reach management regarding my encounter with her and was unsuccessful. Taking my business elsewhere. Sad they don’t value long term customers.

This company hires dangerous driver. A driver pulled out of a driveway intentionally cutting me off as I was driving down the road. Their water might be fine but their service is not.
