Joe (sales) did a wonderful job answering all of our questions - multiple calls and texts. He was very thorough and explained all the options without trying to sell us something we didn’t want. Mitchell (installation) was also very thorough and helpful. He did a great job and even helped better organize the space we wanted to use for the softener. I highly recommend their services if you’re in the market for your next softener or RO system.
Mitch was very helpful and kind while he was in our home installing our water softener. He was very thorough with his answers on use and maintenance. We are excited to see how this will change our home. The only regret I have is not installing one sooner. A++++++
Got my first salt delivery last Friday and I just wanted to say I am a very happy camper. I'm horrible about getting peoples name by this guy was so nice. He took the bags down the stairs for me cleaned up the empty bags and was very courteous to me. I look forward to dealing with you guys in the future.
- stars!!!!Beyond frustrated with the Idaho Falls office, they sued me for equipment I did not have because the old Culligan company who sold to the new Culligan did not communicate that they picked up the equipment. I called in 1/5/23 to have Culligan come and get the equipment, the next day they came, the employee represented Culligan and the manifest showed he was from Culligan and showed a description of what was picked up and was signed for .
