I’m writing this review because I witnessed my father being disrespected and treated with racism by a woman named Cathy during a phone call. My father, called to report a water leak and kindly asked Cathy to speak slower since English is not his first language. The young woman who works at the desk is very rude. She acts as if she can't be bothered to even look up to help you. I realize you do not have anyone to help load, but I feel this person could at least open the door for an eighty-year old woman to carry 4 small water bottles to her car. She could at the very least get up and put in a door stop to prop the door open. I say "shame on your business for not treating customers with common courtesy. "

I’ve been a Culligan Customer for many years, I have lived across the United States and moved here to Michigan and my son called in Culligan and talked to Kathy, and she was very unprofessional and her tone is demaning and she is not a good representation of what Culligan water stands for. Now mind you I’ve lived across the east coast so much, I have never delt with anyone as rude as Kathy.
