AKA Culligan of Abilene - just under new ownership and management as of September 2017. We've introduced bottled water delivery, are aiming to make RO and water softener service a priority, and will have vending coming soon!
We have been waiting since Tuesday morning for a call back from a serviceman. It is now Thursday. The office says we need to wait for a serviceman to call us to set appointment; they cant do it. Not impressed with their customer service.
Customer service sums up every product whether good or bad. In the case of this company, it has a long reputation of quality, but these days their customer service is lacking especially in the Ocala Florida location zip 34474. Horrid customer service, poor accounting methods, outdated customer billing, hap hazard third party ACH processing, a sales manager (Ron Hawke) who doesn't do do any customer follow up on complaints and when called takes days to return calls and only then even with all the information of the problem ca... read more

Did business at Twin Falls, ID. WOW! Julie the girl at the front was just mean! I will never do business again especially after she argued with me over $16 dollars. It's not the $16 just the customer service!! FIND A GOOD WATER COMPANY. THAT TREATS YOU LIKE A HUMAN!!
They have 3 water filling stations. One by their business is OUT OF ORDER and directs you to the other 2. The one on Illinois is not working either and several hours after it is reported they "don't know if they've had time to fix it. The 3rd one is a few miles from the downtown ones. If you have a lot of time to chase water that works, but other than that you are out of luck until.... "Tomorrow" You can do this when you're the only game in a small town.
