Thanks to technician Stevie, our minor issues with our water quality have been fixed. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through every step of the process as well as explaining the end results. He also informed us of modes of preventative maintenance so our system will continue to run optimally.
Given the quality of water in my area, I am very pleased to have access to clean water. The equipment, seasonal equipment check, and salt delivery services are reliable. The ability to monitor and control via phone app is convenient. I receive excellent customer service and highly recommend Culligan of Brazosport.
10/10! They were kinda and patient with my questions as well as provided simple brief explanation with the new instal that was requested by McDaniel Metals! A minor detail to remember would be to put things back in the cabinet you got them out of when you are done
Justin was the most polite and knowledgeable tech I have had to work on my system. He was thorough and answered my questions in a way I understood. He changed a filter that to my knowledge was never done before, thanks for your good work.
Stevie and Tony were amazing they set up my whole water filtration system and reverse osmosis. I could not be happier great customer service the system is fantastic I am so happy. Stevie and Tony delivered A+ service. Highly recommend.
