Absolutely avoid Culligan (at least in Mechanicsburg). I thought they were a reputable brand name and was shocked by our experience! I want to give more than 1 star because the service team member was seemed knowledgeable and was polite. Unfortunately they didn't fix the issue and actually things got worse after their "fix" -- but still not why I'm giving one star. After service, we were surprised by over $100 in hidden costs.
