Just had (a way overdue) maintenance check, on our Culligan softener/filter system-and it was really needed! Joshua, the serviceman that came out was really great. He was very thorough in explaining what he was doing, and also explaining what needed to be done. He also was looking out for us, and told me we needed our water heater checked (there was a smell of gas). Very thoughtful person! Thanks for all your help, Joshua!
