The installation team was very professional and knowledgeable. They were very patient when faced with some slight challenges during installation. Mr. Tye Watson and Mr. Sean Wynn were outstanding in what they did. They were very patient with me as they walked me through the operation and use of the phone app for monitoring the system. I do suggest that the sales Reps be a little bit more trained in identifying possible problems that the installation team may have. I rarely need to clean my shower thanks to the soft water. I'm now a water snob and would prefer not to drink anything but the Culligan reverse osmosis water.
