Lack of common sense and professionalism. I’ve had numerous times where they leave the gate wide open after they leave. Common sense for a professional service would be to close a gate or door when you’re finished. Because of their lack of common sense my dogs escaped my yard, that was real fun. Could have been a deadly situation for my dogs. This is common sense 101. Every deliver seems like it’s someone new and I have to explain location/delivery instructions. Looking for another delivery option or just doing it myself.
READ THIS FIRST! If you rent a unit that fails, they are great at doing damage control, and repairing the unit. My unit failed twice. Sprayed my drywall both times. They were friendly & fixed everything, but they felt bad so they said they would allow me to get out of my contract. At first, I reassured them it was OK, but I started to get paranoid about it leaking again so I decided to take them up on their kind offer, and I wanted another water softener since this one obviously was high risk. I do not recommend Denker Culligan Water. They rented an aging refurbished water softener that failed mechanically (C5/CS error). Instead of repairing or replacing it, their technician instructed the tenants to manually regenerate the unit daily for two weeks, which is not a reasonable service solution. The company initially blamed non-Culligan salt for the failure, then later acknowledged in writing that salt does not cause this type of mechanical error. Never come at a routine schedule, it's random.
Horrible..moved into 3 year old house and noticed well water was a bit off taste. Went to Lowell Expo, met Culligan team and set up appt. They came out, did littl work and told us to bleach the system (later found out this should never be done). 2 bleaches later over 3 week, water is horrible, can’t even shower due to smell. Called Wolverine Water Systems, found our softener tank was complete crap, dirtiest he has ever seen.
