Save your time and money. Crazy expensive and horrible customer service. I would rather pay twice as much somewhere else and know that I’m getting quality service and drinking water than pay Culligans outrageous prices for terrible service and questionable water.
New owner has very bad attitude…. Has anger issues….. very rude & arrogant….. they have increased prices & not even giving good customer service….. doesn’t want to listen & ready to ripped the customers…..
Service was excellent. The day I called about getting a water softener installed, Joe or Fabian was able to come out and check out our location. Joe kept me up to date on progress and I was never guessing on what would be happening next. Once the softener was installed, he told me it was showing we had a leak which was eventually found and repaired. Wonderful feature. This is first water softener we have owned. Very good experience!
