Great customer service! I would highly recommend the Plymouth Culligan to anyone. They go above & beyond!
The owners and employees are great. When our softner was malfunctioning they came out the same day to do the repair and walked us through all options for repair. Zero pressure and very kind and professional.
Our 47 year old softener took a dump over the weekend....we went and purchased one on Monday morning and they installed it by 3:00pm. The installers were amazing and walked us through out new awesome unit! Couldn't be happier!
They are the best!!! Our water is so much better!!! We bought our house recently and the system was already here. We needed salt a few months later. So thinking he could save money my husband tried the store brand and it was awful. I called Culligan to get the correct software salt for our system and they took care of everything.
