Up until today, I absolutely loved this place, however, issues started in Early December after my surgery...I asked them if they could postpone my delivery of 4, 5 gallon bottles because i was by myself and in two days someone would be here to lift them in from outside... They were very courteous about that.... the two days passed and they came and took my empties but only delivered 2 instead of the four and i was told that the usual truck wasn’t bringing them but a representative so he could only bring 2 and if it was ok, 2... read more
We have really enjoyed being customers of Reynolds Culligan for the past 14years. Our system was in place from prior owners of our home. Great service team! Recently the drain our water softener was hooked up to failed due to the drain being a french drain. French drains are designed for overflow and drain into the foundation, and are not for drainage of the volume of water from a water softener. We had water coming up from the floor of the foundation below the drain. We hired a plumber to access a drain to the street sewer ... read more
