We needed service quickly due to our schedule and they said they would have someone out first thing the next morning, Ramiro showed up the first thing this morning and was very professional,knowledgeable and friendly, explained how the system worked, went thru the operation and put back into service.

I had a lot of confusion with my bill and unsuccessfully tried to remedy it through phone calls. While I was in Yakima one day, I decided to attempt a visit to the Culligan store on Fruitvale. The manager was very helpful, even calling the main office so I could speak directly with a person in billing. The manager made sure I was understood the process before I left. I appreciated being able to deal with someone in person...especially one so sincerely kind and helpful.
