They won’t stop delivering salt. This is the second time it’s happened. My husband told them the first time to stop. We would come get it if needed. Well today here is salt again. We never used the 5 bags from before. We told you to remove us from the program to deliver us salt so we aren’t sure what happened. Someone needs to come get this salt!!! We do not need it!! The mineral reactor also!!

We've had Culligan water softeners in all three of our Wooster homes. Never a problem with anything, and customer service is great. I would highly recommend Culligan of Wooster.
We had a 37 year old Culligan system that seemed to work fine with our well water, but with further investigation, we realized the system needed to be replaced. We had a new Culligan system installed to include the reverse osmosis drinking system. Our water is now very soft, now we use less soap, detergent, etc. The drinking water and ice cubes are very clear and very good.
