Carolina Water Consultants AKA. Culligan of Western North Carolina are dishonest and heartless. After nine months of hurricane cleanup on my house I finally got to the Culligan water system. that I rent. The system had been damaged by the hurricane so I thought I would help out and clean out the entire salt tank and prep everything for the technician.
