They keep delivering water with mold in it. Either they don’t clean their bottles well or they never service their own filtration system. It’s disgusting *This bottle has been at our house for months, after we’ve contacted them several times to pick this up. And it’s clearly evident that it’s not algae, because algae spreads. This has not changed at all. They really need to flush their lines or invest in new ones.
Nice folks but unfortunately we have not been happy with the equipment. It has not improved our water quality or taste. I feel I wasted $4,000.00 trying to get better tasting, cleaner water.
