Great company. Filters work great for drinking water and service is dependable.
I signed up with Culligan and was billed for nearly a year, trusting they had installed the water softener system as agreed. I didn’t think to check right away — my mistake — but eventually, my plumber confirmed there was no system installed at all. I tried multiple times to reach someone at their office with no luck. My service technician Doug was excellent. My outdoor water system needed a new drain line so Doug found a close match and delivered it the next day. He made sure it fit properly and added a clamp to secure it properly.
In July 2025, I entered into a contract with Culligan of West Palm Beach for the purchase and installation of a water softener, central water filter, and reverse osmosis system for a total of $10,932. I chose Culligan despite a higher price specifically because of the assurance of a professional and aesthetically proper installation. On August 4, 2025, only the outdoor units were installed.
