We had a service issue and it was corrected and resolved to our satisfaction. The office and service team are to be commended. We have been with Culligan for over 25 years and we highly recommend them. Dependable, Honest and Good Management.
I have a monthly service and just saw the technician walk to and from my water tank without adding any salt, as the tank was already full. Shortly after, I was billed for 14 lbs of salt and service. The salt inside the tank is not from a new bag—it’s the same salt that was already there before the "service" took place.

excellent service and product! thank you for the convenience of paying a monthly charge so when we call for service it is all provided at no extra charge. I love how clean my water is and the device to turn it on my faucet as well as my ice cubes! I dream of the day you will be able to filter my shower as well. After issues with Culligan, I initially was going to let them go and not write a review, until I had another issue with them. In 2023, I was falsely told that their whole house filter would not only filter our chlorine but make all of the water drinkable and make things easier to clean, plus we would never have to do anything to it again in the future.
