Let me tell you call culligan ! I bought a house and the softener that came with it was not taking out the egg smell . The toilets and showers rust . It was so bad I would not never shower in the home until my system was installed . Now my water is better than my the city water in my old house . Worth every single penny . I had a couple of leaks from my unit and a few concerns on billing. I called the office and got excellent service from the billing department and service department. Service came out and repaired my leaks. Everything was explained to me in detail. I was shown the parts that were replaced and was informed on what was done. Everyone was kind and they went above and beyond to address my concerns. I'm extremely satisfied.
They did a low quality installation and I had issues that started 2 days after their first visit. My garage flooded. I had another leak 2-3 months after I believe they intentionally did not use teflon tape so they would have to come back and be able to charge for a service call.
I have been using the services of Culligan water for some time now. The transition from when they took over Affordable Water and All Rite Water was a bit rocky, but everything seems to be operating very smoothly now. We had an issue with our well softener equipment which caused some issues with the plumbing inside the home but after speaking with Warren the general manager about it he was very empathetic and sent plumbers to our home right away to address the issues.
