They did a low quality installation and I had issues that started 2 days after their first visit. My garage flooded. I had another leak 2-3 months after I believe they intentionally did not use teflon tape so they would have to come back and be able to charge for a service call.
I have been using the services of Culligan water for some time now. The transition from when they took over Affordable Water and All Rite Water was a bit rocky, but everything seems to be operating very smoothly now. We had an issue with our well softener equipment which caused some issues with the plumbing inside the home but after speaking with Warren the general manager about it he was very empathetic and sent plumbers to our home right away to address the issues. When I went to Vero Beach branch they were very helpful and nice.
I called to get an estimate for our shop and I ended the phone call extremely happy. Kaitlyn was nothing short of professional. Absolutely great customer service, friendly and knowledgeable. Was able to get me all the info I needed for the shop and will hopefully be doing more business with them soon
