Poor customer service. Was billed for service that never took place. After repeated calls, I have been told 4 times someone will get back to you and nothing ever happens. They turned this over to a collection agency and when I called to explain my issues, I was told they (Culligan) wanted me to call them which I did and was told someone from the Danbury office will get back to you and nothing ever happens. Would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely horrible service. I bought a home and was told that the warranty for this system does transfer to the new home owner. Called culligan first time to get a homeowner education done about the system. This cost me 150 dollars which was whatever. The guy came out told me this is where the chlorine goes. This is how much to put in and how much water and that was it. Me not knowing how chlorine systems work goes okay no problem. I’ve been a customer of Culligan of Brownwood for 18 years. Up until a couple of years ago they were great. Now they won’t answer the phone and don’t show up when they say they are coming to deliver salt. We wait around all day waiting. I have to buy our salt from Walmart. They have not delivered salt for 5 months. I hope we don’t need service on our equipment because they will be of no help. I give them 2 stars
