Do not lease anything from this company. They don't actually cover their equipment and if their leased equipment fails they will try to charge you for it. Then later the owner himself will call to threaten and bully you into paying for their faulty equipment. You're better off finding another solution to getting a water softener in your home.
I'm so unhappy with the service I receive from the Spearfish Culligan store. I purchased a new softener a little over a year ago. I have never received my salt without calling, and they don’t show up and claim they are locked out. I run out of salt every month. It’s the worst service I have ever had.
They charge me for work they never did! Check your payments and check your water softener!! They came did nothing and charge for doing nothing… to sad that is the only company around and do such a bad job. The lady at the office was rude and disrespectful she said I wasn’t his problem, really? It’s you’re job! They don’t worth it
Great service. We are so happy we went with Culligan. Very professional and very knowledgeable. We felt like they offered a great water softener at a very reasonable price. We also had the reverse osmosis system installed and love it. Would highly recommend professional services of Culligan
