Culligan water of the Mohawk Valley is the worst place you ever want to rent a water softener from in the state. The service is the worst of worst. Ive rented from them for 5 years and when my contracts done so are they. Out of the five Years I've had them I've actually had decent water is not even two years. The manager there refuses to change the charcoal in the tank or try to fix any thing in less than months at a time. He always has some excuse not to fix it right. We've had them for over 3 yrs and our system has only worked right for 1/3 of the time. They won't return our voice-mails. Our water has been out for over a month. Undrinkable and smells too horrible to shower in. They continue to charge us. Even when they're systems not working. When I finally got ahold of them they said they would be out here in 2 weeks. Our water went out after they changed our UV light. So for 6 weeks we'll be without drinkable water and paying for bottled. But they are going ro keep charging us. They ar... read more
