Kathleen came out and sold me a system for my house, The technician came, installed the system and didn’t mount the pipes to the wall …My husband had to go and buy kindorf to properly mount the hanging pipes to the wall or risk them being broken off…that was June 2020. They have now installed ½ my system. So I get the 1st service bill with a bounced check fee??? I call and inform them, well that is not my account number you have on the invoice…. Moving and have a water softener system with them. Asked to have it removed. Scheduled for it today no problem. I am sitting here waiting and my wife says they came to the house and rang the bell and no one answered. I am literally sitting 5 feet from the door. "Joey" never showed up. They then call back and say he will be here later but don't know when. Thanks for wasting my entire day because I have nothing else to do but wait for a water treatment company to show up!!
This company is all about increasing their bottom line. We have paid for salt that was dumped on our driveway when delivery person is supposed to bring into home. Not done. Called to have resin bed changed tech didn’t even have the tanks...Customer service doesn’t even take the time to tell service dept what system is in the home, but was going to charge over $150.00 to diagnose an obvious problem in 15 year old system,then come back and fix it... I want to edit a bad review I had left here a few weeks ago where I said how horrid the service was that I received from Culligan. I had mentioned how I could not get help removing a small water tank under my kitchen island sink unless I paid someone to come out at a cost of $150. BUT, thankfully, they finally decided to send a very nice technician who removed the tank for no charge! And I have to add that this young man was VERY knowledgeable and honest about the services Culligan provides and he even convinced me to consid... read more
