Just had the service tech Rob out to replace our filters and fix an annoying problem we have had with the aqua system since we purchased it two years ago. He was kind and helpful. I felt bad because he kept having to try something different but he thinks he finally fixed it. It was $256 for the whole service today, so that part sucks, wish they sent the 20% off coupon this year.
