I honestly wish I could give negative stars for their customer service after installation. They acted very sincere and helpful during the sales process, but once the system was installed, everything changed. They messed up our brand new refrigerator while installing the filtration system. First, the automatic cold water stopped working and then the refrigerator stopped making ice. Unfortunately, our experience with Culligan Snohomish has been extremely disappointing, mainly because of their lack of communication and follow-through. We had someone come out to our home and complete an entire assessment because we wanted a hard water system along with a filtration/reverse osmosis system. Based on their assessment, we agreed to move forward with the recommended products. I have been a customer of Culligan's now for at least 10 years. I all that time I have never had one problem where it was not resolved with a quick phone call. And to be fair to Culligan, I only had one problem and that was with a misunderstanding about a delivery. Culligan had lost a driver and hence were behind in their deliveries. Once this was explained to me, I understood the problem and other arrangements were made. I have not had one problem since that time. Unacceptable scheduling. A month and a half out with service scheduling on a malfunctioning equipment. The company has a monopoly in the market. Used to be a decent company with good customer service.
We love Culligan! Keen is the best delivery guy and we love the product!
