Sheri is the best! I’m a pick up customer and she is always available when I need to pick up my water.
I live close to my Culligan dealer so I stop by for order hence my experiences might be a little different than others but with that said the personal care I get when I go for my pick up is outstanding. Sherri, the area manager, always helps me carry in both the empties as well as the full bottles. She is always pleasant and takes time to ask how I am. I shared several phone calls and emails with Michael Nesheim, and he was extremely helpful and impeccably honest. Even though we ended up going with a different system than the one initially recommended, he confirmed it would do what was needed and was an excellent value for the cost. He also confirmed that Culligan would be happy to provide any future service needed. I have an annual inspection done on my softener and filter to keep ahead of maintenance issues if possible. Culligan of Snohomish has been great at sending reminders and showing up on time during the scheduled time window.
