Unfortunately, our experience with Culligan Snohomish has been extremely disappointing, mainly because of their lack of communication and follow-through. We had someone come out to our home and complete an entire assessment because we wanted a hard water system along with a filtration/reverse osmosis system. I have been a customer of Culligan's now for at least 10 years. I all that time I have never had one problem where it was not resolved with a quick phone call. And to be fair to Culligan, I only had one problem and that was with a misunderstanding about a delivery. Culligan had lost a driver and hence were behind in their deliveries. Once this was explained to me, I understood the problem and other arrangements were made. I have not had one problem since that time. Unacceptable scheduling. A month and a half out with service scheduling on a malfunctioning equipment. The company has a monopoly in the market. Used to be a decent company with good customer service.
