Can’t get in touch with them. Transferred from one department to another then placed on hold…..
Awful experience and completely misleading. I paid 12,000 for a filter and a 140.00 monthly maintenance fee. They provided no maintenance despite multiple calls and my water still isn’t right. Filters need to be changed regularly and not only did they not give me that information but you can not buy filters anywhere but Culligan. I was absolutely scammed by them.
