They could call be back and correct the error they made on my reverse osmosis system 2 weeks ago, which has shut down the system. No one answers e-mails, screws up the service schedule, and the appointment that was to be for today, they now say isn't on the books.
I have been with Culligan for 5 years now. My account is on auto-pay and my debit card expired in Sept. so I got a new one. Five days ago they called me and said my account was past due and they hadn't received a payment since August. I had no idea and my water still came as scheduled every month so I figured they had updated info. She said we could split up the payment so I paid $75 then and she said she'd take $75 next month as well. She never once mentioned to me that my water delivery would stop until I paid it all!
