So far disappointed with the company. Came on Thursday to take water sample. Said would get tested that afternoon and he would let us know what we needed. We called Friday, he was busy, lady said would probably be Monday. It is now Tuesday and have heard nothing. I don't mind waiting if I know up front. Don't tell us something if not going to happen.
I am very disappointed with the customer service at Culligan of Lexington. A technician came out to our home in early June and filled an empty Aquafina water bottle for testing. We were told that we would receive the results within 2-3 weeks. However, it's now been over a month, and we still haven't received any information. We have called the office numerous times, and while the lady who answers is always polite and assures us that the technician will reach out, we have not received any follow-up or results. Dependable water when you need it. We have the large water bottles delivered each month for next to nothing. Cant beat it.
