Didn't show for 1st appointment and when a 2nd appointment was requested, they just wanted to get a water sample when someone could "swing through" and take a sample from a outside faucet. Never received anything after that.(Way past requiring anything from Culligan at this point)
The lady who answers the phone is just rude. I think her name is Beth. I quit Culligan a long time ago because of her. Some recent events with someone I know reminded me of how awful my experience was. They had the same experience.
We can’t say enough great things about this company. Since installation, they’ve provided ongoing support and maintenance, always with a friendly and responsive approach. Their customer service is truly excellent.
Great customer service. They always deliver on time and makes it such a convenience. We have used Culligan for 5 years and we couldn’t be more satisfied with their service.
Culligan of Lexington has been servicing our lake drawn water system since 2013. This has included installing a new system in 2019 and routine maintenance. Ricky has always been available to answer questions and address problems immediately. If you are looking for a new water system or have questions about an existing system, I highly recommend Culligan of Lexington.
